Our track workouts are a mix of speed, interval, and fartlek training — designed to build pace, endurance, and running efficiency. Each session focuses on controlled efforts with recovery periods to help you improve both speed and stamina. Open to all levels, these sessions are a great way to challenge yourself, train with structure, and run together as a community

Our Saturday long runs take us along the coastal route — the perfect setting to build endurance and enjoy the miles. We break off into distance groups so all levels of ability are welcome. Each week we run at a comfortable, steady pace focused on consistency and time on your feet.
Post-run, we host our socials — a chance to hang out, recover, and enjoy smoothies or a drink together.
It’s not about speed; it’s about showing up, running together, and starting the weekend strong.
