RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At TAG Fitness, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • In the same condition you received them
Non-Returnable Items
  • For hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for size changes, subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred size is not in stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. 
Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
