I joined tag. in 2025 at the end of a 6-month stint in Da Nang, and all I can say is that I wish I found this incredible community sooner.
We might run together, sure, but this group is about so much more than that: It’s about creating the most welcoming and uplifting environment; where everyone is encouraged to share knowledge, stories, wins, losses, laughs, and more. My first Hyrox was a great example of that.

I was lucky enough to compete in Bangkok in August 2026 with a bunch of other tagthletes who flew over for the event. The experience itself was epic (as most people will tell you), but the thing that truly made it a core memory was sharing it with everyone - most of all, my partner, who I wouldn’t have even MET if it weren’t for this group!
Not only did we smash the race despite some pretty crazy odds, but we also got to share the little things in between: the months of prep, the carb-loading, the pre-race jitters, and post-race JOY with our little slice of this amazing community. That was undoubtedly more special than the end result, because there’s always another race. But that exact moment in time will never exist again. I’m so glad I got to celebrate it with this crew.
I have never been a part of a community so collaborative, inclusive, and supportive.
It really doesn’t matter if you’ve run for 15 years or 15 days. This group is just a (ridiculously strong) magnet for the best types of people, irrespective of whether they live in Da Nang, or are simply passing through.
You can find run clubs in most places, but the thing that makes tag. so special is the fact that so many kindhearted people are genuinely rooting for your success.
It really does take a village.
I’m so grateful that tag. is a part of mine.
